The Basic plan has been designed as a taster to see how you get on and if online coaching is for you - the plans are GENERIC not person specific. The Online Coaching plans are person specific individually tailored online coaching (or you can choose from the generic plans or have both) as well as a free resistance band and weekly blog. The 12 monthly plan gives you unlimited access to everything.

As the plans are all 100% online, anyone with access to the internet can join.

Whilst there are (rarely) some conditions that may mean I cannot safely train you, a quick GP visit for clearance will normally determine a list of what we can and can't do for most medical conditions.

With your online coaching you will get, not only nutritional guidance, but education on nutrition and exercise. Some supplements can have a drastic effect on your training and results you are getting, speak with your coach to find out more.

Absolutely, your coach will be on hand at all times to answer any questions and supply helpful demo videos for exercises that are new to you!

There are lots of techniques to overcome the dreaded plateau, private message to discuss previous methods used and have your plan tweaked to match your ever changing body.
